Welcome to the Umit Kutluk E-STORE.
Our online store stocks a selected range of Umit Kutluk womens wear collections. It’s very important to us that you enjoy shopping at Umit Kutluk E STORE, so we have detailed photos of all online garments to help with your choice of style and colour. All your personal details are kept
To shop at the Umit Kutluk online store you need to be 18 years old or over and possess a valid credit or debit card that we accept.
By placing an order, you are accepting the Umit Kutluk contract and terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Please double check and adjust your order before the final confirmation step.
The language of the contract is English and we currently only sell our collections in Euro (€). The prices displayed on Umit Kutluk E STORE include the statutory Value Added Tax but they do not include a delivery charge.

Terms and conditions
Once your order has been received we will send an e-mail confirming your order. Another e-mail will be sent when your order has been dispatched. Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24 hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched. Please note this can take longer during our sale periods when it may take up to 48 hours for shipments to be dispatched. If you need your order sent urgently please mention this in dispatch notes when purchasing.
Orders received by 3pm will be despatched by the next business day. Deliveries are made between 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday. Please note, orders received after 12am GMT on Friday and during the weekend will be despatched the next working day.
We currently offer delivery to the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland and International destinations. An estimated delivery date will be given in the e-mail confirming your order.
Delivery is free of charge for orders within Ireland and Europe.
For deliveries to USA / Canada / Russia and other destinations, please contact us for estimated delivery cost which may be an additional charge.
Our delivery service within the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland is by An Post, where we use the express delivery. With this option you should receive your purchases the next working day after dispatch. Express delivery is available Monday – Thursday on all orders placed before
12.30pm. Deliveries to Europe are via our partner DHL express, which typically takes 2 working days.
We insure each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.
We will provide you with a tracking reference number on your dispatch email. Please us this number to track your purchase on the courier website.
We shall not be liable for delay or failure to deliver products promptly, if such failure arises due to force majeure or by reason of any delays occasioned by strikes, riots, lockouts or other labour trouble, war, fire, accident, mechanical failure, non-availability of manufactured stock or materials; delay or failure of delivery of the products to Party Packs by manufacturer’s suppliers or other persons; government action, legislation or regulation of any kind; Act of God, or any circumstances whatsoever outside our reasonable control.
We will always honour a refund if you are not completely happy with your purchase under the following conditions. It has been returned by post within 14 days of receipt along with proof of purchase. We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier.
If you have decided to return goods for an exchange or refund, please send an email to [email protected] and furnish us with following information.
Your full name and address, your notice in writing to cancel the order describing the goods in detail, date ordered and the date received, and the reason for return or exchange.
Goods must be returned in a sale-able condition, this means returning the item to us in its original condition, unused, in its original packaging, with garment tags and ‘do not remove tag’ still attached.
Customers are responsible for the postage cost of returning an item. Apologies as we cannot refund your original post and packaging charges, but our post and packaging returning back out to you is free. It is advisable for you to obtain proof of postage at the Post Office as we will not be
held responsible for lost or damaged item(s) through the post.
Once we have received the returned item(s) we will consider the condition of the goods being returned before authorising refunds or exchanges. After we have accepted your returned items, we will send you a confirmation email and we will reimburse the price you paid to your original credit or debit card used by you to pay.
Please note that refunds can take up to 15 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
If you are returning a product with faulty manufacture, we have a no quibble refund or exchange policy, including the cost of return carriage.

We accept Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, and Laser/Maestro.
If you have paid on your debit, credit or charge card you will only be charged once the goods have been dispatched to the delivery address. We will email you to confirm dispatch.

The prices shown on our website include any VAT at the prevailing rate for which we are responsible as the seller. The amount you pay will be the price indicated plus any delivery charges.
Please note that the recipient of any product shipped outside the European Union may also have to pay import duty or other taxes, fees and charges applied by customs or other authorities in the country of receipt. If you are unsure about whether these charges might apply to your order, you should contact your local tax or customs authorities.
Further information for overseas customers:
The actual price charged to overseas customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by the customer’s credit or debit card company. Customers outside Ireland the United Kingdom will also be liable for any customs/import duty, quotas, permits, product restrictions and other local
requirements. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, therefore you are advised to check the latest applicable local requirements in your country before placing an order.
Umit Kutluk does not sell, trade or disclose your personal information to third parties. We may use the information you supply when ordering to contact you at a future date or inform you of special offers or discounts.
Customer information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested by the customer.

DEPOSIT TERMS FOR BESPOKE DESIGN SERVICE
A deposit is required as part-payment for a bespoke designed product or consultation design service.
When you pay a deposit it shows that you intend to buy a product or service and you enter into a contract with Umit Kutluk Ltd. When you pay a deposit, you and Umit Kutluk Ltd agree the following in summary:
• the exact product or service that you are buying_______________________
• summary of colour style_________________________________________
• the deposit amount you pay_______________________________________
• when the balance has to be paid ___________________________________
• when the product or service will be provided_________________________
Umit Kutluk Ltd obligations
Deposits are non-refundable. If you pay a deposit and then change your mind about the product or service, Umit Kutluk Ltd reserves the right to retain the deposit as a compensation for initial design consultation and costs associated with cancellation of an order.
If your product is delayed, Umit Kutluk Ltd will try to agree a new, reasonable date for delivery. If the product is delivered and is not what you ordered, you should contact Umit Kutluk Ltd immediately to arrange for it to be changed.
